in June complaint was filed to inspect SW corner of building due to my concerns with our retaining wall and rockery on steep hill 2 ft horizontal to 6 ft vertical at the bottom and is 4 ft 8 inch distance from foundation under construction. Inspection was completed for SE corner. neighbor has informed us that they are going to be digging 3 feet deep/lower next retaining wall our wall is on a steep slop 1 to 1 or better doing work without permit (ok to come onto my property 4056 SW Donovan St to investigate issue) have pics available if needed
