Per Online; I am a tenant at this address. My landlord sent an email stating he plans to sell this property and asking me to vacate. Now he is wanting to come into the house to fix it up for sale on a frequent basis. He also tells me I have had enough time to find a new place to live and to vacate the premises. My understanding is that he is supposed to serve written notice, which he did not, and that I then have 90 days to vacate. He does not seem to be aware of this, o
