POTA--per phone call--landlord is threatening to enter unit when the tenant is not home. Tenant has emotional support animal and he says he will bring a stick to hit the dog with. The landlord wants to enter the unit to show it to potential tenant. The tenant is leaving Saturdays available for the landlord to show unit, Landlord says he come into unit without permission
