PER CSB 24-00196647: Shrubs are blocking public sidewalk and access for wheelchairs. This is an ADA violation. This property owner has been in ADA violation for quite some time but no strict action has been taken. Please take immediate enforcement action. Thank you.

Per CSB: Green trees and shrubs have overtaken the sidewalk and are blocking strollers and wheelchairs. This is in violation of city code. The property management here does not care about the city. [SDOT: WO created for preliminary assessment of the sidewalk, please advise that the property owner is responsible for maintaining their bushes/shrubs.- Please send to SDCI for the enforcement action start]

Mailboxes are not secure and easily broken into. There has been several thefts of mail. The Post Master has stated mailboxes need replacing but management refuses.
