the house next door to me recently sold and for 1 month presently there is excessive noise from many varied carpentry saws & a compressor. the odor of sawdust/cut wood is excessive and i must keep my windows closed. there is also a indoor floor fan facing my backyard blowing emissions out of the garage into my yard, garden, and patio area. i believe there to be a business operating with many people using the property for wood working & carpentry which would be a violation
