Lot zoned SF 5000 has two structures, one of which is likely a nonconforming triplex (i.e., the structure along the western portion of the property). Complainant alleges that the other structure (i.e., the structure to the east) has an illegal unit that abuts 2nd Ave NE. A pre-existing private parking previously abutted 2nd Ave NE - that area was removed to accommodate the work to construct a second unit.
