Per Online;Junk was left on the strip of grass next to our rental property (in front of the adjacent property's garbage container. Last night, it was moved onto our property (driveway). This includes a washer, dryer, couch, chair, and cardboard/materials.

During the past week during the consistent rainfall, the roof of my apartment building pooled with water, cracked and flooded my as well as three other apartments in the complex. The ceiling in my apartment collapsed and destroyed everything in the home. This occurred in the apartment next to me and due to the lack of action from the landlord, four apartments are unlivable.
