Per 1/30/18 online complaint: "A large white PVC pipe is running storm water down the step slope ECA area to Carkeek Dr. This is causing standing water on Carkeek Dr. during rains. The runoff is crossing the road into the private lot across Carkeek Dr. This type of water management should not be allowed per code." since 10/1/17***Is stormwater drainage to NW Carkeek Park Rd per finaled Permit 6643442?***

Complainant continued to call about grade changes and insisted that water is draining to his property as result of work at this site; complained that at Thanksgiving his guest were walking through mud and puddles.
