Hi,The construction for the Eastlake Layover Facility (on Eastlake Ave E, near Harrison) is happening directly outside my apartment, and they've been starting up with noisy machine work on the weekends as early as 7am, which is fully in violation of the noise code (should be 9am at the earliest on weekends). It's pretty disrespectful to people like me who work late nights and would like to be able to sleep until a reasonable hour without the loudest clanging, banging, booming, and "krrk krr
