They seem to be in gross violation of the Weeds and Vegetation Code. The vegetation has grown so far onto the sidewalk that you have to walk in the grass. Making matter worse is that much of the vegetation is blackberry, with thorns as reminders. Just today I slipped and almost fell as the grass had turned to mud.
