Walls have been built into the ROW along 41st Ave sw encroaching on city property (high certainty according to city survey map). Wall is over 4ft and has surcharge load of porch near it and and additional wall surcharge(active load) on top of it, water drainage downspout discharge seeping into wall and onto sidewalk. Almost 7 ft of wall within 1 foot of each other. no permit.
