Per CSB: A contractor abandoned the construction site at Dakota Row. The chain link fence was removed so there is access to wood with nails and other things dangerous to the passerbys. This site is down the block from a preschool on 37th & Genesee and two blocks from Hawthorne Elementary School. Contractor should not be allowed to abandon their sites and leave their garbage when they run out of money to continue building.

PER CSB: The contractor abandoned the site of construction of multiple townhomes. The wire fence was removed thereby leaving hazards of access to electrical systems and wiring, unexposed pipes, lumber with nails and garbage.
