Per 6/22/07 online complaint (rec'd 6/25/07 by VAS): "the owner is building garage right on the property line and using my fence for the property line which is 1ft over on my side. My attorney advised me to report code violation and have them build no closer than 5ft from property line immediatly!!"***Is the garage setback at south property line per Permit 6140049? Fence is allegedly 1 foot south of south property line***
