Online: "Building without a permit (exterior construction, replacement of windows), parking on a sidewalk (required yard), construction after 7pm in a residentially zoned area."Per phone: Work has been occurring periodically since July. Routinely work past 7pm in this LR zone. I've told the comp. to continue to call us when this occurs.
