The heating in the unit I live in has not worked since before we moved in. We were issued space heaters upon move in and as the heating hasn't been repaired, the landlord has offered additional space heaters for us if needed. The space heaters work but they are very temperamental and cause the electrical breakers to be blown if used too long or too often or with too many other things. Tenant called about no heat in their unit (unit #9). The landlord attempted to repair the haet issue but it resulted in a gas leak which caused the fire department to turn off the heat. They would also like to know their right sas a tenant.
