Per 2/20/18 email from Malcolm Wylie/SPU to Victoria Simpson: "...They are pumping groundwater out of a foundation trench into their back yard via a garden hose. The flow has taken this dirty groundwater onto the neighboring property at 400 Boylston Ave E and pushed sediment into a drainage inlet in the parking lot at this property. This inlet drains out to Boylston Ave and then into SPU's separated stormwater system. I have left a message for the contact person I found on SDCI permit records
