PER ONLINE COMPLAINT: Owners constructed a retaining wall in ECA steep slope without permit. They illegally did this in 2016. This was reported in 6/6/17. Records show the owners have asked for multiple extensions. The last extension expired on 2/9/18 with no action or resolution.

Ongoing rehabilitation work taking place in the basement (i.e., pvc pipes, doors, ventilation equipment - all carried in and out of basement). Work has been ongoing for several months. Furthermore, a retaining wall was constructed along the West property line.
