I live at 4114 Fremont ave N, apt 3. The adjacent apartment building, 4116 Fremont Ave N., has an unshaded floodlight that shines all night, directly into my bedroom, and seriously disturbs my sleep, and which I believe to be in violation of Seattle Municipal code Section 23.45.534 (or whichever section applies to a low-rise multifamily zone). I spoke with my landlord, and she spoke with the owners of 4116 Fremont about my concern, but they declined to make any changes, as they stated that the

Bright light in back of building (alley side) needs to be shielded. It's shining across the alley toward the apartment building @ 4113 Linden Ave N.
