Landlord is actively locking children out of this build AND the nextdoor 418 25th Ave S (same landlord). Landlord completed a renovation, but left the electronic locks in a broken state. Landlord refuses to provide all tenats keys. This landlord refuses to provide more than one key per unit, however the follow statues REQUIRE that the landlord provide keys to all individual tenants.
