recent flooding, toilet backed up into tub - reported to mgmt. 9/13/26 repairs have been done although it is substandard did not use any professionals only used towels/fans to clean up water damage - personal belongings are damaged can still smell poop in clothing, unit is not habitable - landlord stating tenant can move back in need inspection safety concerns to ensure work was done to code

Recent flood in building, management advised tenants they can stay during repairs. Does not feel it is habitable as walls are open, light fixtures hanging and leaking water, restroom is difficult to access. Requesting housing inspection to determine habitability.
