A water leak due to deteriorated rusty drain pipe caused the frame work an drywall in my apartment kitchen wall toBe saturated and subsequently leak onto the floor. I reported the evidence immediately Monday Feb. 7th. Maintenance came out tues day an cut a small hole to see where the water originated from. They told me to keep an eye on it.
