NEW MANAGMENT IS TRYING TO CHARGE RENT FOR FULL MONTH OF AUGUST WHEN TENANT LEAVES AUGUST 7TH INSTEAD OF A PRO-RATED AMOUNT. PREVIOUS MANAGEMENT HAD BEEN IN CONTACT WITH TENANT FOR NEGOTIATED RATES, HOWEVER NEW MANAGEMENT HAS NOT COMMUNICATED WITH TENANT.
