I am a former tenant at 4120 11th Ave NE, Apt. 306. I am filing a complaint regarding my landlord's failure to comply with the security deposit return and documentation requirements under RCW 59.18.280.My security deposit was $1,000. During my move-out inspection, I signed a move-out sheet showing $155 in deductions and an $845 refund. The version subsequently provided to me was modified to show $200 in deductions and an $800 refund. No explanation or supporting documentation was provided for
