Property owners have been doing interior construction work for the past three weeks (i.e., bedroom walls in tenant's bedroom have been replaced to address water damage). Drywall was torn down and unsecured brick masonry was exposed - dust and debris has not been cleaned, tenant has been sleeping in living room. Drywall is now up and there appears to be no work moving forward (still need to plaster/paint and clean up construction debris).
