I am submitting this to flag permit #7095459-EL for 4121 Dayton Ave N. The permit includes an owner-occupant affidavit claiming the owner will personally perform electrical work and live in one unit for 24 months, but the building has six units and the owner does not currently reside there. Additionally, a licensed contractor is listed on the permit, which conflicts with the affidavit's claim.
