I am a tenant at 4123 12th Ave NE and I am filing a complaint about conditions of habitability, pest infestation, and the landlord's failure to timely remediate.At move-in I discovered dirty clothes left in the washer and a missing shelf. The second night I reported that multiple cloth moths were emerging from the Murphy bed.The next day managers inspected the unit and told me the apartment was fine and that the issues were merely "not up to my expectations."
