Per online complaint "4124 had a severe fire July 24. No demolition has commenced. The charred house, vehicle, debris are fuming odors like and caustic soot and decomposition. If my tenants open windows, odors fill apartments. Windows shut; we suffer in summer heat. Please order 4120 to demo out fire damage immediately." I talked to complainant the in-operable vehicle is in the driveway along with misc debris in the yard visible from public right-of-way.
