My daughter and her roommate rented this apartment from September 1, 2024, to August 31, 2025. After their lease ended, they moved out, but the management has not refunded their $1,000 security deposit and has provided no explanation. This is a clear violation of Washington State Law RCW 59.18.280. Despite multiple attempts to contact the management by phone and email, my daughter and her roommate have been ignored.
