PER CSB: SR Number: 26-00168836The above referenced property has, for several years, accumulated excessive amounts of junk, abandoned vehicles in yard, and a garage packed with stored junk. The yard is poorly maintained and overgrown, with overflowing garbage containers that frequently attract crows. These birds scatter food waste throughout the area, including into our water fountain. We have also discoveed a dead rodent on our property, leading us to believe there may be a rodent infestatio

THERE ARE 5 CHICKENS ROAMING THE ALLEY AND INTO MY YARD AND GARDEN. CHEICKENS ARE NOT CAGED IN. ALSO, THE YARD HAS UP TO 5 CARS AT ONE TIME PARKED IN BACKYARD SOME THAT MAY BE ABANDONED...ALONG WITH JUNK ALL OVER YARD. THIS IS A SEATTLE HOUSEING AUTHORITY RENTAL HOUSE. I HAVE BEEN IN CONTACT WITH THE OWNER OF THE HOUSE AND SEATTLE HOUSING AUTHORITY AND WAS TOLD TO MAKE COMPLAINT TO THIS SITE. THIS WOULD BE THE 2ND COMPLAINT MADE ABOUT THE CHICKENS AND/ OR ROOSTER
