The construction site on the NW corner of 12th Ave Ne and 42nd is pumping cement? Before 6 am. It's loud and very early. If there is a variance I would like to know why it is for 5-5:30 in the morning. That seems unnecessary given that it stays light out until after 8:00 pm.

Per Online; I was woken up at 5:10 am to the sound of heavy machinery idling. The idle increased to a whine and eventually became louder and rhythmic. This is unacceptable and loud directly across the street from me. It is becoming a weekly activity at this point and I am likely moving as a result. Unacceptable.
