Bed bug problem on second floor: The property owner - Sun's Properties - of this apartment first posted about a bed bug situation on the 3rd floor on June 19. They scheduled exterminators from Pest Fighter LLC to inspect (and treat) all the apartment units in the building on Friday, June 22. Later that same day, Sun's Properties Management emailed us stating that "Pest Fighters let us know that there were no traces of bed bugs found on the second floor. They are coming back

calling to report/complain about trash not being emptied from garbage area by other residents on 1st flr units 101 - 108. (told to report to complaint line from Clay) He feels that Sun Management has not done their job by not teaching/monitoring the new tenants all the rules. Sun Property Tuan 206-313-8881.

See attached complaint. Multiple housing complaints including rats, leaking toilets, hole in front entrance, outdoor junk storage, water damage, inadequate ventilation in bathroom.
