Structural problems exist that are in need of repair. The primary and most visible one is a wooden overhang over the side entry doors of the building which has become so rotted from the rains over the past year that the plaster panels on the underside of it have fallen off in large sheets. Both the owners and the manager are aware of this problem and have done nothing to repair it for a year. ***Complainant wanted to remain anonymous if possible. Violation concerns common areas on the exterior
