Caller is a landlord with questions about requirement for returning refundable security deposits. Tenant moved into unit approximately seven years ago - both parties have since lost the checklist describing the condition of the unit upon move in. However, tenant has recently moved out and the landlord has noted considerable damages to the property. Questions pertaining to RCW 59.18.260-270
