The property houses two tenants who blow loud whistles and scream from around 4pm to 6am. They do not stop. Attempting to talk to them results in both individuals getting combative. This has been ongoing for about 8 months and the landlord has done nothing despite noise control being in the lease and beyond that, against the law as it happens after noise ordinance goes into effect at night
