My children and I witnessed my neighbor who lives at 4155 25th Ave SW dump his garbage on our property at the stop sign corner of 25th Ave SW and Genessee St. He dumped a dresser on our property at 4159 25th Ave SW. We were at Delridge Park across the street when my 6 year old saw my neighbor dump garbage. I walked across street to tell him to move his garbage from our property. The neighbor crawled back into his hole.
