Owner refuses to repair faulty metal knob on tub. When turned on, water shoots out of it, hitting the wall and dripping onto the floor. The water on the floor has, over time, lifted the linoleum flooring and seeped into the unit below enough times to significantly damage it. The owner sent a letter to the tenant giving her 10 days to pay for the damages to the unit below. She says she won't do it, saying it's the owners responsibilty to repair the knob and pay for the damages.
