Complaint: Tree

There is a tree-cutting happening at 422 Summit Ave E. This started around 9am on February 19, 2020. Unfortunately the Code Compliance office is currently closed (they may have chose this time for that reason). The tree is clearly being severely pruned (really decimated), clearly in order to create a view for residents, and no other purpose. The landscapers are wearing sweatshirts that say "Ediscapes." I have some photographs of the pruning in process.
