My radiator has not worked in days. I have put in several requests for it to be fixed and the maintenance come upstairs beat on it, then leave. It works for a couple hours then stops working. I had emailed my landlord and she said to put in a maintenance request. But it gets way too cold at night and not warm enough during the day. Also I know that most restrooms do not have proper ventilation like my friends apartment, and her water does not get to an acceptable temperature.
