Per 7/10/14 online complaint: "Construction without permits. Master building permit noted HVAC Mechanical System was not included for review. Mechanical work was performed on this new construction house without the required permits for Mechanical work being pulled and inspections. This is a code violation."***HVAC installed without a permit & inspections - no mechanical review for Permit 6160445 (see attached)***
