On May 6, 2022 it was noted on my move in inspection email from building management that they suspected a pinhole leak in the wall behind my kitchen sink (wall is shared with neighboring unit.) On July 8th, I requested a plumber be sent out to the property due to evidence of an active leak (streaking on walls, mold growth in drawers.)
