PER ONLINE COMPLAINT: Dear Seattle Dept. of Construction/Transportation,The property next to mine, 418 20th Ave, is an ongoing construction site with noise levels ranging from loud to severely loud, at all hours of the day. Particularly bad is that they work on weekends, beginning early in the morning!
