Per Online; Our washer machine has been broken for almost three months now, with water that was not able to be drained. This request was made on 09/07/22 We have reached out to our property manager and made request multiple times to have it replaced and have received a minimal/lack of communication from our property manager in regards to getting a new washer. We have tried to be patient as we know they are understaffed but feel that we need to do something as dirty wat

Apartment #3 at 419 21st Ave seems to have many fire code violations to the point of a concern for safety of the residents of the building. There is regular smoking inside the apartment that would indicate smoke alarms are removed or blocked. An additional room has been constructed in violation of fire codes.
