This is a LIHI building that is supposed to offer drug counseling and be supervised. There are people selling and doing fentanyl outside of it constantly, harassing passerby's. Open drug use is completely tolerated. The street is covered in trash. There was yet another countless violent incident today that warranted several ambulances, which is unfortunately very common. This has been a major issue with not only residents with disabilities some of whom are confined to wheelchairs but to all residents who live on any of the higher floors; activists like bringing home deliveries or groceries are a huge nuisance.
