Per Online;Construction site left fans blowing all night, and can be heard from more than 75 feet away. Fans are directed towards residential homes.Additionally, workers start showing up at 4am to site. Noise is made from vehicles, music, workers yelling, and heavy machinery all before 7am.

Construction occurs during early mornings M-Sa and heavy/loud machinery is used prior to city allowed hours. Crew leaves mess, and streets are blocked from parking as well as driving most days due to continuous construction.
