The building is experiencing issues with rats in the courtyard and garage. One tenant using the garage has reported transmission issues, which was found to be caused by rats chewing on the wires in her vehicle when she was not using it for a short period of time. I have also found rat feces and the beginnings of chewed wiring in my own car parked in the garage. Hello, I have had a broken kitchen sink with standing sewage water (left by maintenance after they could not fix the issue) for over a month in my apartment. Everyday more mold grows and the sewage smell gets worse. I have sent repeated emails, I have called and called and they will not get it fixed. I really need help with this.
