I am submitting this complaint regarding an ongoing German cockroach infestation and significant sanitation concerns at Assembly118.I have been dealing with significant, recurring cockroach activity despite repeated reports to property management and multiple pest control treatments. The initial treatment on March 25 did not resolve the issue, and I have continued to encounter German cockroaches in my apartment, including multiple recent incidents where I found 4 to 5 cockroaches at a time

PER CSB: SR Number: 26-00199095Every few days water pours from the roof of the Assembly118 Apartment building. This has gone on since at least 6/18/2026. Its usually in the morning. Water pouring from the roof prevents pedestrians from using the sidewalk and we must enter the street to avoid being soaked in dirty water. It is a hazard many times a week in the morning. Assembly118 Apartments has done nothing to stop or prevent this ongoing hazard.Assembly 118 - 206 495-6441Leah Brown -

After having rained all night, my bedroom carpet floor (which has a patio attached to it) was soaking wet underneath. I became aware of this because it was making squishy sounds as I was walking on it. I could smell the moisture in the air but I dismissed it because of the rain. I am now concerned about the possibility of mold in the bedro
