Managment is not enforcing the 'no smoking' rule of our lease. A nearby tenant has been smoking marjiuana and cigarettes to the point that my apartment is filled with smoke when I wake up in the morning and there is residue on my walls. I moved out on June 30, 2026. Arboreal Management withheld $200 from my security deposit for a "trash haul (couch left behind)." The couch was not mine and was outside on the street, not in my apartment.
