Here in Fremont we had a holly tree cut Friday afternoon/evening. Maybe the owners were allowed to remove it. Stump is still there today. There was no notice. They were not arborists. I reported it on Find it Fix it. They drove way without covering their flatbed load. In the flatbed, chainsaw, pipes, assorted wood. They do lightly cover the trailer with netting. Per CSB;SDCI - Address tree cutting concern - Workpeople cutting down trees before and after 8pm. Insecure load ready to drive away. TBD if they can keep the tree and branches in their buggy cart, being towed by the pick up truck. I have the license plate. The tree may have been too big to cut down without a notice.
