Per online complaint, "I have had heating issues with my apartment since October (my heat at first would not turn off...they fixed it by "tripping the breaker" so when I wanted the heat on, I'd have to turn on the breaker...if I didn't want it on all day I'd have to turn the breaker to off. Complainant/tenant said that the American Lung Association has already come out and did tests to prove how high the moisture level is. No kitchen fan, mold. She said she is moving out next week.
