A floodlight has been installed on a lamp post which shines into the apartment windows of The Basalt and Junction Landing Apartments. The light is incredibly bright and seems to be on a timer from sunset to sunrise. It is extremely difficult to sleep. The lamp post is located in an alley between 4205 SW Genesee and 4400 California Ave SW outside of the Basalt residential parking garage. The coordinates from google maps are (47.5645457, -122.3861272)
