4208 ne 113th street, 98125 blackberries obstructing roadway. Visibility issues for neighbors entering and existing driveways. Cars need to use as a one lane road due to obstruction. Photos show from North and South side. Also fully obstructing drainage ditch

Landlord came to house without notice. They had an agreement that payment would be Deposit plus one month rent due by October 1st, tenant has been paying.Tenant has email stating that now last month's rent is owed plus other charges. That was not the initial agreement, initial agreement was for $2,500. Is this legal?Transfer to Silke
